2022 A Year in Review and Expansion✨

Jennifer Henius | DEC 26, 2022

As I reflect on the last year, my 💗 is filled with gratitude🙏 for both the support and the community that our Yoga4Caregivers initiative has cultivated.💫

2022 has been an incredible year of expanding access to wellness services to caregivers which is what our social impact mission 🚀 is all about! Our dedicated Care Team has provided numerous classes and webinars this year and touched the lives of many caregivers across the USA and around the 🌎 including those based in Canada, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, Italy, South Africa, New Zealand, South Korea, India, and France!

We are truly grateful 🙏 for the opportunity to empower a global community of caregivers along their wellness journey! So amazing!

I am so appreciative and inspired by the incredible work our team does to serve the caregiver community worldwide!

Thank You Teachers! 👏👏 👏

👉This year Yoga4Caregivers became part of a mission driven social impact business and we will continue to rely on a mix of volunteers, donations and paid services. Thanks to your donations and support from our partners, we recently launched our website

🌐 www.yoga4caregivers.com We have quickly become recognized as a national leader in yoga and wellness programming that is exclusively focused on caregivers. ✅ We were thrilled to be nominated for Caregiving.com’s 2022 Visionary Award! Our dedicated teaching team is truly phenomenal!💫

In 2022, we surveyed our caregiver community to better understand your needs and we continue to listen closely to your feedback, read your comments and integrate your suggestions to our offerings. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us so that we can better serve you!

We also forged several new partnerships to enhance access to wellness services for caregivers such as the Family Caregiver Alliance, No Barriers USA, and United Way. We also collaborated with fellow caregiver advocates including Elizabeth Miller of Happy Healthy Caregiver, Theresa Willbanks of Sustainable Caregiving and Nicole Dauz! We also supported the first national Care Colloquium conference bringing together over 100 caregiver focused small businesses across the country. We look forward to fostering new collaboration efforts from this group next year! ⬇️

Last but certainly, not least in November, as part of National Family Caregivers Month, we held our inaugural Caregiver Compassion Week fundraising campaign. We partnered with several yoga teachers and yoga studios across the country to offer donation-based classes in support of our unique mission. Many of you kindly contributed donations and together we raised over $800 this year. We can't wait to see what we do together to raise additional funding to support our efforts in 2023! ✨

May the New Year bring you blessings in abundance of love, joy, peace, and prosperity.

Yours in whole health,

Jennifer
P.S. Be sure to subscribe to our YouTube Channel, it's our goal to reach 1K caregiver subscribers and we need your help to reach this milestone! 💫
