Since the onset of our services in March 2020, we have quickly become recognized as a national leader in yoga and wellness programming that is exclusively focused on caregivers.

This year, we were thrilled to be nominated for Caregiving.com’s 2022 Visionary Award! Our dedicated teaching team is truly phenomenal! We are ever so grateful for this outstanding recognition.

We can’t wait to get to work on our new program offerings and yoga teacher trainings which will not only help us to raise funds, but will serve to expand access to yoga and wellness services for caregivers across the country!
