Meet Jackie

It is my goal to make yoga accessible and to help students begin or maintain a devoted yoga practice that nourishes their mind, body and spirit throughout the ups and downs of life. Several of my family members have been caregivers and I have witnessed how important it is to take care of yourself while caring for others. Yoga is a powerful self care practice that can help you feel a sense of balance, inner peace, and calm. 

My classes are a blend of mindfulness, exploration, and encouragement. In each class I aim to safely guide students to find what works for their unique body so they can experience the power, freedom, and presence that yoga offers. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, I'm here to guide and encourage you through this nurturing practice.
