Meet Eva


Eva is an experienced registered yoga teacher. She became interested in yoga and holistic health as a way to manage stress and feel better in her body during her 20+ year accounting career.

Eva is trained and certified in Hatha, Chair, Wheelchair, and Trauma Conscious Yoga. She believes in making yoga and wellness available for EVERY BODY, regardless of size, shape, age, color, or physical ability. She encourages students to use an exploratory approach in connecting to their bodies through mindful movement and breath.

She specializes in working with women over age 50, and has observed that many of these students come to yoga to relieve stress when they become caregivers. She knows that caregivers need support and self-care too, but often struggle with making time for themselves.

Personally, she observed her mother care for her grandmother in her losing battle with cancer decades ago, and she has many other family members and friends caring for someone with chronic and degenerative conditions, such as dementia and severe arthritis.
