The Caregiver Whole Health Community is an intentional space created to support the hearts, minds, and well-being of those who care for others.
Inside this community, caregivers connect, share experiences, and learn practical ways to reduce stress and prevent burnout.
Our focus is helping caregivers:

✔ reduce stress and prevent burnout
✔ build resilience and well-being
✔ integrate simple self-care practices into daily life
How to Apply
1️⃣ Complete the membership application. This will require you to register with us and sign a waiver.
2️⃣ Receive an email with our Facebook Group link, and request to join the private Facebook group.
3️⃣ Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive access to the community.
The application helps us better serve our community and keep our space free of spam.
