Building your resilience is an act of self-love. The relationship we have with ourselves is our most important one because it's our foundation for relationships with other people, and serves as a key influencer of our overall happiness and well-being. I just love this quote that is attributed to Buddha, "You yourself as much as anyone else in the universe, deserve your love and affection." Now read that one more time out loud!
