Resilience or the ability to "bounce back" from life's difficulties and traumatic experiences is key to our well-being. Resilience is an especially important skill for us as caregivers to develop and strengthen because we routinely experience many challenging circumstances and difficult events along the caregiving journey that can take a heavy toll on our health and well-being leading to exhaustion, burnout and chronic disease.
